Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the successful execution of one or more Payroll & Benefits process(es)
- Manage service delivery metrics and/or third-party supplier performance in relation to the assigned process(es)
- Drive increased productivity and compliance through identifying opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and simplification within assigned area (es)
- Advise on difficult and sometimes complex questions/requests from employees, People Leaders and the HR community concerning payments, allowances, and benefits in a professional, courteous & timely manner
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and GE HealthCare policy requirements
- Develop a strong working relationship with the GE HealthCare Finance functions, HR, People Leader, and Employee communities through timely and accurate administration of HR processes, ensuring effective communication and early identification of requirements & any service issues
- Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication
- Effectively work with 3rd Party Payroll and Benefits Providers to ensure seamless, compliant, and high-quality Payroll & Benefit services
- Foster a culture of customer service excellence and continuous process improvement by providing Best in Class” customer service and advise on complex questions/requests from employees, businesses, and HR partners
- Continuously build and share area of expertise; keep current with internal and external updates and changes
- Participate in internal and external payroll & benefits audits
- Preparation of year-end reporting & associated statistics
- Provide ad-hoc operational support for assigned process.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College in related area
- Fluency in local language and English knowledge both verbal and written
- Prior professional work experience within Payroll & Benefits and a Service-oriented environment, ideally within a multinational organization
- To be successful in this role, you will need to have the ability to work in a complex and rapidly changing work environment across multiple stakeholder groups, with comfort and efficiency.

Job Description Summary
- The Product Service Engineer ALSPA Controls Platform role offers opportunity for direct customer impact by providing technical support to the ALSPA Controgas, Controsteam, Controgen in all phases of product life cycle.
- This role will be responsible for working with multiple cross functional teams to provide world class problem solving for ALSPA Controls system, legacy controls, MIRCOREC, MIROC, RX3i CIMPLICITY HMI, SIL controls, and Digital Field Buses to ensure safe and reliable equipment operation meeting customer and business needs.
Roles and Responsibilities
- React to internal and external customer requests for technical issue resolutions using technical product knowledge and rational skills while adhering to sound engineering basis, standards, practices, and procedures.
- Own the technical resolution to multiple complex control system issues including ALSPA Controgas, Controsteam, Controgen Human Machine Interface (HMI) platform, network communications (Modbus, Fieldbus, Profibus, OPC, etc.), historians, and cyber security products, while mentoring and training of others in areas of expertise and experience.
- Proven experience in ALSPA controls family hardware/software low level debugging and troubleshooting.
- Act as a conduit and proactively facilitate cross functional collaboration between engineering teams, design teams, commercial teams, manufacturing and suppliers to develop and implement technical solutions to meet customer needs.
- Manage cross-functional teams in execution of root cause investigations of GE equipment non-conformances.
- Participate in coordinating and presenting at global technical conferences, webinars, and other customer facing events.
- Travel to customer locations in support during unplanned/affected outages and customer technical review meetings.
- Provide technical guidance and support on critical issues for new unit installation startup, outage work activities, in service unplanned disruptions and customer issue resolution while meeting critical business metrics on quality and timeliness.

Scope:
- Cover the complete GA portfolio: PAC – Protection, PAC Automation & Control, M&D, Industrial Communication, Utility Communication, Services & AAA.
- Support APM (Asset Performance Management) Pipeline & business development with the integration of the activity in GA starting January ‘23
- Prime GA interface for Sales and Commercial within the SSA perimeter
- Drive strategy to close the large deals in the region.
- Interfaces with other GS Business Lines within the Region.
