1.) Project Manager

Job Description

• We seek to employ experienced and qualified ICT Project Manager to manage the banking projects of customer and clients.
• The ideal candidate must have vast knowledge in managing projrcts within the banking sector.
• He or she must have an IT background and be able to promote the company’s products and services effectively

Responsibilities

• Create a Project budget and indicate the execution timeline
• monitor various stages of the project and analise progress
• Constantly engage the team in a meeting to evaluate the progress of the project
• Effectively communicate the project status to the managements and client
• Plan the stages of the project
• Assign task to the project team members
• Follow up with the the project or existing project task
• Recommend improvements when necessary
• And any other assignment that might be given by the management.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of HND / B.Sc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related qualifications. Professional certificate would be an added advantage
• Must have 8 - 10 years of experience on project management.
• Good understanding and analysis of project management,  IT Solutions and services
• Knowledge of basic hardware and software
• Proven experience as a project manager
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

• We seek to employ experienced and qualified Admin / Procurement Officer to effectively manage the procurement unit of our organisation.
• The ideal candidate must have thorough Experience in IT Solutions - Experience in Procurement processes, in negotiation, vendor selection, and payment system.

• Liaise with vendors in procuring needed items in the company at the best price and quality
• Constantly update the procurement and administrative records.
• Routinely check office gadgets and recommend for repair or replacement as the case may be
• Manage daily staff attendance
• Take charge of office procurement
• All related filing and documentation must be up to date
• And any other activities that might be assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of HND / B.Sc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related qualification. Professional certificate would be an added advantage
• Must have at least minimum of 3 years as an Admin / Procurement Officer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding Procurement processes and negotiation
• Proven experiences in administration and documentation

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of HND / B.Sc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related qualifications.
• Must have at least 4-5 years of IT solutions marketing/sales expertise.
• The professional certificate would be an added advantage
• Good understanding and analysis of IT Solutions and services
• Knowledge of basic hardware and software
• Proven experience as an IT solutions marketer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
