We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Head Automation Engineer

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities


  • Exploring and implementing new ways to automate systems
  • Designing and testing automation equipment and processes
  • Programming new automated components
  • Identifying quality issues and writing reports
  • Eliminating defects and errors with product and software development
  • Collaborating with other business units

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar field
  • Proficiency in maintaining automation equipment
  • Experience with project management
  • Solid understanding of computer programming and software development
  • Creative thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform complex system tests
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate well with other members of the development team
  • Excellent manual dexterity

2.) Business Development Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Work Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm daily

Responsibilities

  • Should be able to identify, analyse and prospect in New Markets and sales conversion
  • Should regularly show proficiency in product knowledge and business dynamics
  • Must be able to meet monthly KPI in sales revenue
  • Should be able to travel across Southern Nigeria to interact with new and existing clientele periodically
  • Must be proficient in business statistics
  • Should show proficiency in internet/media prospecting
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management

In-Office Workdays:

  • Mondays, Wednesdays (optional), and Fridays. Subject to review by branch management.

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Media Marketing
  • Content creation
  • Good communication skills

Remunerations

  • N110,000 net salary with commission subject to percentage of sales conversion to sales KPI.
  • Transport allowance to and from out-of-state

3.) Executive Assistant

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Handle all communication on behalf of the executive, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Proactively anticipate needs, identify potential challenges, and bring creative solutions and initiatives to improve office efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Organize internal and external events, such as conferences, team meetings, and client engagements, ensuring a creative and seamless experience.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and other important documents, bringing a creative touch where applicable.
  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take detailed minutes, and ensure the follow-up on action items to ensure execution of decisions.
  • Lead initiatives that drive productivity and innovation, while managing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables achieved. .
  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Competencies / Skills

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and proactively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Salary
N400,000 - N450,000 Monthly.

4.) Personal Assistant

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage the GMD’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and organizing itineraries.
  • Provide administrative support for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and stakeholders as necessary for external operations.
  • Assist in coordinating events, meetings, and special projects by providing administrative and operational support.
  • Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement in the executive’s workflow and overall office operations.
  • Serve tea, coffee, and meals to the GMD and his guests, ensuring that all hospitality needs are met to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure office supplies are well-stocked, office spaces are clean, and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Run official errands on behalf of the GMD, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Proactively bring creative ideas to enhance the GMD’s daily operations and contribute to improved office productivity.
  • Handle all tasks with the utmost discretion, particularly when managing sensitive information or confidential documents.
  • Represent the office of the GMD in a professional manner, upholding LandWey’s corporate values in all interactions.

Competencies/Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Personal Assistant or similar administrative support role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in event coordination is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively, be proactive, and suggest new ways to streamline daily tasks.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
