We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Senior Accountant (SA1)

Job Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Ability to manage and oversee the operations of the accounts department as listed below:

• Accounts payable/receivable
• Cash receipts
• General ledger
• Payroll and utilities
• Treasury, budgeting
• Cash forecasting
• Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
• Preparation and analysis of financial statements
• Prepare documentation for and coordination of External Audit.
• Delegate financial responsibilities to the accounting team member.
• Capital assets reconciliations
• Periodic statement reconciliations,
• Fixed asset activity
• Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue.
• Reviewing financial data to make forecasting decisions and communicating with company executives about financial strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 10 years of cognate working experience.
• Sound understanding of accounting principles.
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Professional Qualification (ACA/ACCA) is a must
• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills.

2.) Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities

• He should be able to ensure our financial management is accurate and effective.
• Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable,
• general ledger and bank reconciliations
• Supervise regular tax audits and payroll
• Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives
• Assist in establishing accounting policies and procedures, aligned with
• companys targets
• Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues
• Supervise month-end and year-end closing
• Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department
• Organize financial data into useable information and maintain
• updated records
• Assist in ensuring compliance with the law

Requirements

• BSc / HND Degree in Accounting
• 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with relevant accounting software
• and regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills for managing large amounts of data
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Team management skills
• Ability to prioritize work
• Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing
• spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced formulas)
• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws
• Professional qualification (ACA) will be an added advantage

• Post transactions to Accounting applications
• Reconciling customers accounts
• Preparing daily sales report
• Prepare daily banking report
• Bank reconciliation

Requirements

• Relevant work experience as an Account Officer
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Time-management abilities
• Relevant Computer literacy (MS Word and Excel ) will be required
• Accounting Technician Scheme(ATS) or National Diploma (ND) in accounting or relevant field.
