We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Pharmacist

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities


  • Drug dispensing activities
  • Provide drug information and advice to other healthcare professionals within the hospital.
  • Provide professional service, information, counselling and advice to patients on medicines supplied.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the pharmacy.
  • Comply with the use of Standard Operating Procedures and policies/adherence to quality standards.
  • Review of each prescription or order to ensure the appropriateness of the medication for the patient and his or her clinical needs.
  • Stock Management.
  • Report dispensing errors and adverse drug reactions.
  • Accurate endorsement of prescriptions for billing purposes and appropriate provision of drugs to various categories of patients.
  • Key Result Areas/ Performance Goals:
  • Prompt reporting of dispensing errors and adverse drug reactions.
  • Adequate professional record keeping.
  • Confidentiality and Prompt response to patients’ needs.
  • Compliance with SOPS / adherence to quality standards.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
  • 1-2 years of post NYSC experience.
  • Valid Practicing License from the Pharmacists council of Nigeria.
  • Completion of NYSC.

2.) Account Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-Time

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Timely posting of financial transactions, preparation of monthly schedules and proof of account ledgers.
  • Involve in performing ad hoc service/department cost analysis to support the operations.
  • Participate in the preparation of external audit schedules.
  • Ensure every mode of payment available as provided by the management are functioning to improve supplier's payment experience.
  • Timely bank reconciliation in all banks.
  • Ensure posting of all receipts and payments into accounting software.
  • Analyze daily financial activities and subsequently reconcile account with suppliers' information.
  • Involve in monthly management account reporting.

Key Result Areas/ Performance Goals:

  • Number of times management account reports are delivered with prescribed TAT.
  • Ensure management account reports are followed with all necessary schedules (Prepayment, Accruals, Bank Reconciliation Statement etc.)

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a numerical discipline preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting.
  • 5 years and above experience in a Finance position.
  • ICAN/ACCA would be an advantage.
  • Experience with management information systems.

3.) Inventory Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Profile

  • Plan, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the inventory management activities of the Hospital.
  • Develop and communicate inventory management processes, policies and procedures.
  • Direct and manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures related to inventory management operations.
  • Develop key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the inventory management operations.
  • Conduct investigations into inventory management incidents in order to verify and resolve complaints.
  • Responsible for actual inventory counts; must be knowledgeable about inventory items to be counted, the counting procedures used, and location of all inventories.

Key Result Areas/ Performance Goals:

  • Average % of explainable stock variances
  • Number of times management reports are delivered within prescribed TAT
  • Inventory Turnover
  • Number of pending postings
  • Inventory days of supply

Job Qualifications

  • First Degree or Equivalent in any discipline but preferably a numerate discipline
  • 2-4 years of experience is desirable.
  • CISPM is desirable
