1.) Cabinets and Wardrobes Installer

Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos

Job Description

• A furniture installer, also known as a furniture assembly technician or furniture technician, is responsible for the installation, assembly, and disassembly of various types of furniture.
• The primary role of a furniture installer is to ensure that furniture pieces are properly and safely assembled, meeting quality standards and customer specifications.

Responsibilities 

• Assembly and Installation: Furniture installers are skilled in reading and interpreting assembly instructions and blueprints. They use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assemble and install furniture pieces such as beds, tables, chairs, cabinets, shelves, desks, and wardrobes.
• Follow production drawing according to instructions and client expectation.
• Operate woodworking machines such as cutting machine and edge binding machines
• Measurement and Layout: Furniture installers measure and mark the placement of furniture items to ensure accurate installation. They may use measuring tapes, levels, and other tools to ensure proper alignment and positioning of furniture.
• Quality Control:It is the responsibility of furniture installers to perform quality checks to ensure that the furniture is assembled correctly and meets all safety standards. They inspect for any defects, missing parts, or damage and take appropriate action to rectify the issues.
• Accurate coupling & installation of panels to specified furniture.
• Compliance to safety and health procedures in the factory.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an FSLC, NCE, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 2 - 5 years of work experience.

2.) Delivery Bus Driver

Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Timely delivery of wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes.
• Responsible for the timely movement of workers to and from project sites.
• Ensure all equipment and machines taken to project sites are brought back.
• Ensure vehicle is in good road worthy conditions.
• Ensure to check all vehicle document at all time and give prior notice for renewals.
• Buying of PMS and AGO into kegs for factory use at approved filling station. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right quantity is dispensed at the filling station.
• See to loading & offloading of materials and tools for use on project sites.
• Ensure that vehicle is well maintained and meet all safety requirements.
• Conduct thorough inspection of vehicles before departing the company.
• Compliance with all driving rules.
• Compliance with all safety and health procedures in the factory.
• Plan route and requirements by knowing schedules.
• Ensure that vehicle is clean & tidy at all time.
• Practice punctuality, alertness, responsibility and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, NCE, or OND qualification with at least 3 years experience.
• Proximity to Sangotedo Ajah is key

3.) Accounts Manager

Position Summary

• The Accounts Manager of Matrix Design and Works plays a pivotal role in overseeing our organization's financial activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, compliance with relevant regulations, and effective management of financial resources.
• This position involves managing a team of accountants, financial analysts, and store officers, and it requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.

Responsibilities
Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and review financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Develop, monitor, and manage the organization's budget in coordination with department heads.
• Prepare financial forecasts and long-term financial plans.
• Track budgetary performance and make recommendations for cost control and optimization.

Financial Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and relevant financial laws.
• Coordinate with auditors and oversee annual financial audits.
• Implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard financial assets.

Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize liquidity.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Oversee the disbursement and reconciliation of company funds.

Team Management:

• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate accounting staff.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the accounting team members.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Financial Analysis:

• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights for decision-making.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Present financial analysis reports to senior management.

Taxation and Compliance:

• Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and other applicable taxes.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with tax obligations and deadlines.

Financial Systems and Technology:

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting software and financial systems.
• Recommend and implement improvements to streamline financial processes.

Financial Strategy:

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualification

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
