We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Full Stack Developer

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Permanent
Department: Development

The Role

  • Full Stack developer will be responsible for building high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and technical design. This role supports our Tulsa (US)-based technology team. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and implement process-based applications.
  • Design, develop, test, and implement web-based applications using OWASP software development practices.
  • Design, develop and test database packages and objects.
  • Designing and developing scalable web service APIs.
  • Design systems with understanding of reusability, scalability.
  • Deploy and maintain functional, secure, and high-quality applications with attention to detail.
  • Assure compliance with GTP and Payment Card Industry policies, procedures, standards, and regulations.
  • Assist in training and orientation of other staff and users.
  • Identify and analyze user requirements.
  • Review, test, and debug team members’ code.
  • Prepare project plans and manage projects to assure objectives are met on time and within budget.
  • Maintain proficiency in programming languages, object-oriented design, and testing.
  • Remain current on technical and professional developments affecting area of responsibility.
  • Provide one week of On-Call support on a rotating basis; approximately every 4 months.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field; or equivalent experience of 7 - 10 years.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think algorithmically, self-starter.
  • Minimum of three years of solid experience in Enterprise Software Development and full Software Development Life Cycle of Design, Documentation, Coding, Testing / Debugging, Implementation, and Maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of version control systems such as GIT.
  • Excellent customer service attitude, good communications skills (both verbal and written), good project
  • management and organizational skills and the ability to cope with and manage a constantly changing environment.
  • Familiarity with automated testing and unit tests, using frameworks such as Playwright is a plus.
  • High Level of expertise with C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio 20XX, Relational Databases (Oracle, PL/SQL preferred).
  • Strong experience with JavaScript and one or more leading JavaScript frameworks (Vue, Angular, React, JQuery, etc.).
  • Experience working with XML/JSON, Web Services.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab is a plus.
  • Experience with ASP.NET Web API 2 and MVC 5 is a plus.
  • Experience with CSS/Web UI Layout (+basic Photoshop skills) is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Job requires sitting most of the time working on a computer in an office environment or working from home.
  • Normal working hours have some flexibility but typically revolve around a Monday through Friday core schedule of 14:00 GMT to 22:00 GMT to accommodate a Product and Tech team located in Tulsa, OK, USA (CST/CDT time zone). This role is based in Nigeria or Ghana.

2.) Internal Audit Manager

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Permanent
Department: Internal Audit

The Role

  • We seek a dynamic and motivated Internal Audit Manager to join the Internal audit department.
  • The Audit manager will assist the Head of Internal Audit in providing reliable, value added and independent assurance to the Board, Shareholders and other relevant Stakeholders (e.g. external auditors, regulators, etc.) over the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control environment, in mitigating current and evolving risks across the business.
  • The Audit Manager will be responsible for the management of audit engagements at the planning, execution, and reporting stages.
  • This position is based in  Lagos, Nigeria and reports to the Head of Internal Audit.

 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Application of the internal audit framework and methodology.
  • Application of the internal audit charter.
  • Performance of business wide (universe) inherent risk and control risk assessments.
  • Planning of internal audit assignments as per the risk assessment
  • Planning of management requested and other ad hoc internal audit assignments
  • Walkthroughs.
  • Key risk identification.
  • Key control identification.
  • Key control adequacy assessments.
  • Definition of testing strategies.
  • Creation of internal audit reports.
  • Obtaining management comments and agreeing internal audit reports with management.
  • Finalisation?of audit files in line with internal audit best practice and methodology requirements.
  • Population analysis and sample selections.
  • Conducting fieldwork and control effectiveness testing.
  • Data analytics.
  • Consolidation of findings and agreed action plans (recommendations);?
  • Building relationships with Management and Executives.
  • Conducting follow up activities across the business.

Qualifications
You will be a good fit if you have:

  • Internal Audit experience in Financial Services required,
  • Thorough understanding of internal control and related internal audit methodologies and techniques.
  • Ability to effectively deal with possible conflicting professional opinions.
  • A self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive and takes initiative.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide audience including management
  • Knowledge of Data Analytics testing would be advantageous
  • Must have a professional manner that will reflect positively on Internal Audit
  • Strong values and ethics and ability to maintain professional independence and objectivity and act based on personal professional conviction and confidence.
  • Chartered accountant with Big 4 articles or CIA.

3.) .NET Core C# Developer

The Role

  • The .NET Core C# Developer will be responsible for building high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and technical design.
  • This role is based in Nigeria or Ghana and supports our Tulsa (US) based team.

  • Refactor legacy headless C++ applications to C# .NET Core applications.
  • Prepare project plans and manage projects to assure objectives are met on time and within budget.
  • Design systems with understanding of reusability, scalability.

  • Assure compliance with GTP and Payment Card Industry policies, procedures, standards, and regulations.
