1.) Talent Acquisition Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary


  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced talent acquisition officer to join our human resources team in Ikeja, Lagos.
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid background as an HR Assistant (3–5 years) and be passionate about attracting, retaining, and engaging top talent.
  • This role requires a proactive individual who can manage end-to-end recruitment processes, support employee engagement initiatives, and contribute to performance management and staff retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to select qualified candidates.
  • Provide insights and support in developing staff retention strategies.

2.) Fleet Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 6 years of hands-on experience in fleet management, preferably in the FMCG or e-commerce industry.
  • Proven experience managing fleets across multiple states or regions in Nigeria.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and GPS tracking tools.
  • Excellent understanding of transport regulations, compliance, and safety standards in Nigeria.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must reside in or be willing to work in Ikeja or Sagamu, as applicable.
