1.) Creative Director / Editor-in-Chief

Role Overview


  • New Label Ray Media seeks an exceptional Creative Director / Editor-in-Chief to lead the creative vision, editorial authority, and narrative direction across its media, content, and communications portfolio.
  • This executive role sits at the intersection of creativity, storytelling, brand strategy, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with strong editorial judgment, cultural intelligence, and commercial awareness—capable of shaping high-impact content ecosystems that drive relevance, influence, and revenue.

Core Mandate

  • To own and safeguard the creative and editorial integrity of New Label Ray Media, ensuring emotional consistency, brand coherence, storytelling excellence, and market leadership across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Vision & Strategy:

  • Define and steward the overarching creative vision across all verticals.
  • Develop and maintain a robust Creative & Editorial Framework (Creative Bible).
  • Ensure consistency in tone, voice, visual identity, and storytelling quality.
  • Translate corporate objectives into compelling narrative strategies.

Editorial Leadership:

  • Oversee all editorial planning, content calendars, and publishing strategies.
  • Approve major content themes, flagship productions, and special projects.
  • Maintain high standards of journalistic integrity, originality, and relevance.
  • Lead investigative, feature, documentary, and multimedia storytelling initiatives.

Content & Production Oversight:

  • Supervise content creation across digital, broadcast, print, podcast, and experiential platforms.
  • Guide script development, visual direction, and production design.
  • Ensure content meets audience expectations and commercial objectives.
  • Drive innovation in format, storytelling techniques, and audience interaction.

Brand & Audience Growth:

  • Align creative output with brand positioning and growth objectives.

Commercial & Strategic Alignment:

Talent & Creative Team Leadership:

  • Lead writers, producers, editors, designers, and creative contributors.

  • Oversee freelance contributors and external creative agencies where applicable.

Reputation & Industry Influence:

  • Represent the organization at industry forums, media engagements, and public events.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, Literature, Film, or related field (Postgraduate qualification is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in media, publishing, content production, or creative leadership roles.
  • Proven track record leading editorial teams or large-scale content operations.
  • Demonstrated success in building audience-driven, high-impact content brands.

  • New Label Ray Media seeks a commercially driven and operationally disciplined General Manager – Studio Operations, Growth & Community to lead the end-to-end management of its studio ecosystem.
  • This role combines operational excellence, revenue growth, community building, and business development.
  • The successful candidate will oversee studio infrastructure, production logistics, partnerships, memberships, programming, and monetization strategies—transforming the studio into a high-performing creative and commercial hub.

Core Mandate

  • To build and scale a world-class studio platform that drives operational efficiency, revenue growth, creator engagement, and brand influence within the media and creative ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Studio Operations & Infrastructure Management:

  • Oversee daily studio operations, scheduling, logistics, and production coordination.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of studio facilities, equipment, and technical resources.
  • Implement operational systems, SOPs, and performance standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships, technical partners, and service providers.
