3.) Interior Architect

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

  • Space Planning: Interior architects analyze and plan the effective use of space within a building. They consider the flow of people, the purpose of the space, and the client's requirements to optimize the layout.
  • Aesthetics and Design: They are responsible for creating visually appealing and harmonious interiors. This involves selecting color schemes, materials, furniture, lighting, and other decorative elements to enhance the overall design.
  • Client Interaction: Interior architects work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Effective communication is essential to ensure the final design aligns with the client's vision.
  • Technical Expertise: They need to possess a strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods. This knowledge ensures that their designs comply with legal and safety standards.
  • Project Management: Interior architects often oversee the entire design process, from concept development to the completion of construction. This includes coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 2 - 3 years of work experience.
