1.) Frontend Engineer

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• The Frontend Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the web applications of the company, ensuring high performance, and delivering an exceptional user experience.
• Design, implement and maintain efficient and reusable code using JavaScript and TypeScript. Collaborate with other teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Requirements
Must haves:

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with strong experience in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience in leading a team and working on an existing codebase.
• Experience with Frontend frameworks such as NextJs, or similar.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or similar.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of ReactJS and its core principles.
• Strong understanding of web development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design.
• Strong understanding of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience in the Fintech industry is a plus.

2.) Technical Support Specialist

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• The Technical Support Specialist provides technical assistance and support to customers and internal employees.
• The specialist is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical hardware and software issues.
• The specialist should have excellent communication skills and be able to provide clear instructions to customers to resolve their technical issues.

Requirements
Must haves:

• 2+ years of experience in technical support or related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Basic understanding of networking protocols and concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of javascript and React js.
• SQL and database query language experience.

3.) Senior Product Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Requirements

• Senior Product Manager with about 5 - 7 years of experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products, with at least 2 - 3 years in a leadership role and experience working in cross-functional teams, collaboration with engineers, designers, marketers, and other stakeholders.

As a SPM you are also required to have experience around;

• Product Strategy.
• Competitive Analysis.
• Release Management.
• Product Roadmap.
• Requirements Gathering.
• User Experience for the product.

Metrics and Analytics:

• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to key stakeholders, including executives, investors, and customers.
• Manage and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Experience in the Fintech industry is a plus.
