We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) LPG Plant Account Officer

Job Locations: Yenagoa - Bayelsa and Ikot-Ekpene - Akwa Ibom

Job Description


  • To manage the petty cash inflow and outflow of Rainoil stations and depots as well as maintaining accurate records/books on transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates the availability of funds to meet day-to-day operational petty cash expenses and emergencies.
  • Maintains records to allow easy disbursement, reconciliation, and replenishment.
  • Processes expense retirement ledgers to ensure proper accountability of all cash advances.
  • Creates and maintains records of cash requests and disbursements.
  • Reconciles all received cash, which have been recorded in the petty cash book, with expenses.
  • Processes payment for accounts and issuing receipts.
  • Keeps records of amounts received and paid, and regularly checking the cash balance against this record.
  • Collects money from bank for safe keeping before reimbursements.
  • Files all documents concerning cash payment and collection.
  • Responds to queries regarding approvals, payment limits and deadlines for retirements etc.
  • Retires the various imprest accounts.
  • Prepares daily and weekly collections and payment summary reports for review by the station supervisor.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an BSC/HND in Accounting, Banking/Finance & Economics.
  • Minimum of One (1) year of work experience in a similar role.

2.) LPG Plant Supervisor

Job Location: Yenagoa - Bayelsa and Ikot Ekpene - Akwa Ibom 
Employment Type: Full-time
Specialization: LPG (Gas)

Job Summary

  • The candidate is responsible for overseeing the managing, operating and safety of the company’s Gas plant.

Key Duties

  • Manages all Gas Plant operations as well as staff-related matters.
  • Maintains excellent standards in all operational activity, driving sales and profitability through the effective deployment and development of LPG cashier and operators in line with approved budgets.
  • Ensures that the due process is carried out in the discharge of products and puts in various controls to minimise fraud.
  • Facilitates daily stock requests from the LPG terminal.
  • Implement measures to ensure seamless and safe receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of products in the plant.
  • Facilitate regular facility inspection and maintain high standard HSE and implement maintenance controls/measures.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, consumer preference to guide Rainoil LPG offering accordingly.
  • Report on LPG sales / financial results to LPG Coordinator.
  • Monitors and evaluates plant operational and marketing results and develops interventions to promote business development and growth.
  • Evaluation of daily sales of LPG and lodgements
  • Compiles and analyses periodic sales records and consolidates such reports to the LPG Coordinator.
  • Manage all technical aspects of operations of the LPG plant including the storage facility.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Second-Class Upper (B.sc) and HND Upper Credit in Engineering is required.
  • Minimum of 1-4 years of experience.
  • Honesty, commitment, hardworking and self-motivation.

3.) Team Lead, Sales

Job Location: Delta

Job Summary

  • This role involves developing strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales of petroleum products.
  • Ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Strategic planning and annual budgeting process
  • Allocate resources as it relates to sales.
  • Supervises activities of sales.
  • Communicate performance target and monitor sales report.
  • Monitor customer feedback and escalate customers’ issues.
  • Present regular reports on sales activities.
  • Performs excellent customer service in all operations. 

Requirements

  • BSc in a Social science, Management, Accounting, Finance or Engineering or related discipline is required
  • Minimum of 9 years working experience in the Oil & Gas, or related industry with at least 2 years in a managerial role preferably in a Marketing/operations unit of an organization in the oil & gas industry.
