1.) Chief Technology Officer

Job Description

• As the CTO, you will be responsible for leading our technology strategy and managing all aspects of our technology development.
• You will work closely with the CEO and other executives to ensure that our technology aligns with our overall business strategy.
• You will be responsible for managing our development team, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of our software systems and infrastructure, and ensuring that our technology is scalable and secure.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years of experience as a CTO or similar position
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, architecture, and best practices
• Experience in designing and implementing large-scale systems and infrastructure
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy best practices
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.

• As the CFO, you will be responsible for leading our financial strategy and managing all financial operations.
