We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Senior Accountant

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 


  • The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing financial planning & analysis (FP&A) while also managing other core finance functions, including financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and internal controls. 
  • As the second-in-command to the Finance Manager, this role will provide strategic financial insights, ensure accurate financial reporting, and drive efficiency across the finance department. 
  • The Senior Accountant will also support business decision-making and ensure the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Develop financial models to support decision-making and forecast future performance across key business units.
  • Provide variance analysis, highlighting key drivers of performance vs. budget/forecast, and work with senior management to address performance gaps.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

  • Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statements).
  • Oversee regulatory compliance, including tax filings, audit requirements, and financial reporting standards.
  • Maintain internal controls and compliance with corporate policies and financial regulations.

Business Performance Analysis & Strategy:

  • Analyze financial and operational data to provide insights into profitability, cost management, and financial trends.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance metrics.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management:

  • Oversee cash flow forecast and management, ensuring adequate liquidity for business operations.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to optimize working capital.
  • Support investment and financing decisions, ensuring efficient capital allocation.

Leadership & Process Improvement:

  • Act as the deputy to the Finance Manager, stepping in when necessary to manage departmental operations.
  • Lead process improvements in financial planning, reporting, and forecasting to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Implement best practices in financial systems, tools, and data management to support better decision-making and reporting.
  • Mentor and develop junior finance team members, ensuring continuous learning and professional growth.

Educational Qualifications, Experience & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA, ACA, or ACCA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial planning, and analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
  • Experience working with senior leadership teams and cross-functional departments.
  • Knowledge of FMCG industry trends and financial best practices.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel (advanced level), and financial systems (e.g., SAP, ODOO, Hyperion, Adaptive Insights).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the food manufacturing industry is highly desirable.

2.) Procurement Officer (Indirect)

Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Procurement Officer will be responsible forassisting in administering procurement activities.
  • He/she responsibilities include but not limited to sourcing and managing category based vendor relationships, ensuring availability of goods and services for the organization and optimizing company funds to procure needed goods and services.

Duties & Responsibilities
Vendor Management:

  • Research and evaluate prospective and existing suppliers
  • Maintain good supplier relationships
  • Onboarding and creation of all Vendors on the ERP
  • Maintain and update supplier data/information and documentation
  • Ensure Supplier data integrity

Inventory Management & Procurement Planning:

  • Maintain inventory reorder database for assigned category
  • Ensure compliance with the minimum reorder level companywide for the assigned category
  • Assist with procurement planning by providing accurate data
  • Maintain accurate data of purchases, prices, lead time etc.

Procurement Management:

  • Process purchase requisitions for assigned businesses or locations
  • Manage the successful procurement of office utilities, commodities, services and equipment
  • Reconcile or resolve discrepancies with supplies.
  • Reconcile departmental requisitions in line with approved requisitions and budget
  • Ensure all purchases are in line with the requisition budget
  • Ensure negotiation and the best price for the goods and services of the assigned category purchase
  • Work with the Procurement lead to ensure complete duties as needed

Optimization of Procurement Processes:

  • Adhere to procurement policy completely
  • Drive staff members' adherence to procurement policies and processes to maximize efficiency
  • Ensure ERP Policies are duly complied with.

Procurement Tracking & Reporting:

  • Report key functional metrics e.g. Ordering, lead time, savings etc.
  • Track procurement activities for Procurement analysis and the dashboard


Educational Qualifications, Experience & Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of previous experience in a Procurement role.
  • Excellent oral, written and active listening communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal relationships.
  • Coordination, proactivity, creativity and attention to detail.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Customer service orientation.

3.) Quality Assurance Officer

Job Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation and compliance to all product and process specifications, as well as food and environmental safety.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance to quality policy, procedures, work instructions, and documented quality systems. In addition, ensure compliance to statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Carry out inspection upon arrival of raw materials, packaging materials and inputs against specifications and submit reports after inspection.
  • Ensure all quality procedures for fruit washing and storage are observed.
  • Check the peeling and cutting quality, and complete the quality control sheet at Processing.
  • Check the packing quality and complete the quality control sheet at Packing.
  • Conduct quality control on pallets in accordance to the finished goods control procedure.
  • Ensure daily calibration and verification of all measuring equipment in the laboratory and in the factory.
  • Monitor and control all storage areas and conditions.
  • Continuous training and coaching of factory employees on Food safety and quality issues.
  • Report immediately any breakage, damage or malfunction of equipment to the QA manager.
  • Ensure samples for analyses are properly taken for each batch.
  • Fulfillment of housekeeping and environmental standards.
  • Report any non-compliance detected in relation to both the Quality and Food safety management system to the Quality manager.
  • Report immediately any non-conformity on product quality detected to the QA manager.
  • Manage and maintain all tools and equipment for carrying out quality control checks: in the laboratory and in the factory.
  • Ensure proper and prompt filing of records: maintain organized and accessible records for analysis and reference.
  • Ensure correct traceability of products and records.
  • Supporting process improvements throughout the testing and quality assurance processes
  • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines in the factory.

Supervisory duties:

  • Appraise the performance of immediate team members, identify their training needs and organize or recommend appropriate training for them.
  • Administer disciplinary measures of immediate team members in accordance with the company’s disciplinary procedures
  • Interpret policies and procedures to immediate team members and where necessary, consult superior or appropriate departments.

Educational Qualifications, Experience & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree / HND or higher in Food Science, Agribusiness or a related field.
  • At least two (2) years of professional or sector / industry experience.
  • Flexibility based on factory production schedule.
  • Knowledge of the use of measuring equipment.
  • Knowledge of GMPs
  • Knowledge of the HACCP system
  • Excellent planning, analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications.

  • Fluency in English – excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
