- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the FMCG sector, with a focus on agribusiness and sustainable practices
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve the company's vision and mission in alignment with sustainable practices.
- Provide direction and oversight to all business units, including procurement, food processing, and commodity trading.
- Drive innovation in Manufacturing processes, explore new markets, and identify opportunities for growth
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Foster relationships with farmers, partners, and stakeholders to strengthen the agricultural value chain
- Ensure the financial health of the organization, overseeing budgeting, resource allocation, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Candidates Requirements
- University Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Business Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- 5-7 years of working experience in similar role.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the FMCG or agribusiness sector.
- Strong understanding of the agricultural value chain, procurement, processing, and trading.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
2.) Group Head of Tax

About the Job
- We are seeking a strategic Group Head of Tax to become the chief architect and guardian of our tax strategy. The successful candidate will help the group navigate the ever-changing tax landscape, optimize our tax function and tax costs, and ensure continued tax compliance.
- This role is for a seasoned strategic tax professional who thrives in a dynamic and complex environment. Group experience is a non-negotiable.
- Build strong relationships with group’s tax consultants and leverage their expertise to manage complex tax matters.
- Oversees prompt and accurate filing of all tax returns (direct and indirect taxes) for the group.
- Collaborate with the group’s tax consultant to manage relationships with tax authorities on behalf of the entities within the group.
- Champion of tax compliance, fostering a culture of awareness and responsibility within all group entities.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate tax-related risks.
- Manage tax policy manual: Implement and maintain effective tax compliance procedures across the group, ensuring all subsidiaries and business units adhere to the set procedures.
- Drive tax efficiency through management of effective tax rate (ETR).
- Act as a trusted adviser to the group, providing insightful analysis of the potential tax implications of business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Advise the group on implications of changes to tax legislation and regulations.
- Lead and motivate a team of finance and strategy professionals, providing expert guidance, training, and ongoing support.
- Stay ahead of the curve by actively researching and analysing new tax trends and sharing the knowledge to empower informed decision making across the group.
Qualifications
- ICAN / ACCA / CITN qualified.
- 8 - 10 years of experience in tax management role (preference for a mix of tax consulting and industry experience).
3.) Vice President, Logistics
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimise key input metrics and improve corresponding output metrics, including order accuracy, on-time delivery rates, and product quality at point of delivery.
- Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed decisions to optimise inventory levels and respond to market changes.
- Focus on improving inventory turns by optimising replenishment lead times and sales velocity.
- Drive supply chain costs, budget and financial metrics to optimise for cost-effectiveness without compromising service quality.
- Streamline inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics to reduce
order fulfilment cycle time and improve efficiency. - Leverage technology and supply chain management systems to improve efficiency, visibility, and automation within the supply chain.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10 - 12 years of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction in large scale FMCG e-commerce
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive digital transformation and innovation in logistics
- Knowledge of financial acumen, including supply chain costs, budgeting, and financial metrics
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Expertise in supply chain management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) and related technology solutions
