Job Position: Workshop Assistant
Job Location: Urhonigbe, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Primary Responsibilities


  • Examine the defective machinery and equipment to determine the nature and location of these defects.
  • Disassemble the machine or equipment, wholly or partly to establish the worn or damaged parts and establish a properly documented diagnostic for future reference.
  • Repair or replace defective parts. (If necessary, using machine tools and other specialized equipment, carry out metal cutting, rectifications, planning and shaping, and construction of other missing parts).
  • Assemble the pieces, carrying out additional machining work if necessary to ensure a precise fit.
  • Check the equipment is completely reassembled and make the necessary adjustments.
  • Check, adjust and lubricate machinery and equipment.
  • Perform other works to maintain machinery or equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Minimum of OND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Should have 5 years of industry experience in a mechanical workshop
  • Experience with light vehicles and heavy-duty machinery (Komatsu, JCB, Caterpillar) is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of generating sets (Perkins, Cummins, etc.) will be desired
  • Age: 25 – 40.

Job Position: IT Supervisor

Job Location: Urhonigbe, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Primary Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with the IT Administrator, develops, maintains, and enhances the IT tools, processes, and procedures.
  • When necessary, escalate problems to the appropriate secondary level of support resource or management (IT Administrator) for resolution.
  • Provide first-level technical assistance by responding to trouble calls, questions, and inquiries.
  • Rebuild PCs with a fresh installation of OS or upgrade when necessary. Provide software support on company approved and licensed applications and OS.
  • Timely replacement of toner cartridges and also ensure that the copiers are clean, tidy and remain operational at all times.
  • To take inventory list of desktops and laptops, update records of active equipment including those under repair, serviceable, and non-serviceable items.
  • Manage user access token. Administer user network identification and perform general networking connectivity issues on user computers. Record and build a database of known/reported user issues, problems, causes, solutions and workaround.
  • In charge of computer consumables (mouse & pad, keyboard) and disbursement to the user when required
  • Provide training and support to end users.

Qualifications / Experience

  • B.Sc / HND (2.1) in Computer Science / Engineering and related courses
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience

Job Position: Stores Officer

Job Location: Urhonigbe, Edo
Employment Type: Full-time

Primary Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for inventory management and stock monitoring.
  • Organise regular/periodic stock count exercises and ensure discrepancies are resolved on a timely basis.
  • Ensure the store is optimally utilized by constantly reviewing layout, space utilization, and material flow to identify improvement areas.
  • Ensure daily records of store transactions are uploaded onto the system on a regular basis.
  • Implement approved HSE policies and procedures for store safety.
  • Pursue FIFO (First In, First Out) stock administration technique to accomplish no expiry or write-off.
  • Prepare and maintain a variety of records and logs and prepare reports as required; maintain inventory of items in the store; file records as required
  • Ensure the store requisition form is signed by the person collecting the goods and entered into the Inventory/Materials Management System.
  • Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.

Qualifications / Experience

  • BA / B.Sc / HND in any Social Science or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience as a Stores Officer
  • Computer literacy is essential. Proven ability to utilize and develop computerized spreadsheets and word-processing applications
  • Age: 30 – 40
