We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Senior Java Software Engineer

About the Job
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic and growing team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and a passion for building high-quality software solutions.
- You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java applications that are efficient, reliable, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java applications. Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
- System Architecture: Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., design patterns, SOLID principles) are followed.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and assist in their professional development.
- Testing: Ensure the robustness of the code by writing unit tests, integration tests, and participating in the testing phase of the development process.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of code, processes, and application designs.
- Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues. Provide support and maintenance for existing applications.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Recommend improvements and innovations to enhance the development process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software.
Qualifications
- Education Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Java development.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Java and object-oriented programming.
- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or similar.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
2.) IoT Product Manager / Product Owner (Hardware, Firmware, Software)

- An IoT (Internet of Things) Telematics Product Manager plays a crucial role in the development, implementation, and management of telematics products that leverage IoT technology.
- Telematics involves the integration of telecommunications and informatics to transmit information over vast networks, often used in automotive, fleet management, and various industrial applications.
- The responsibilities and roles of an IoT Telematics Product Manager include:
- In essence, an IoT Telematics Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end success of telematics products,
- ensuring they meet market demands, are technologically advanced, and provide value to customers and the business.
Responsibilities
- Collect and prioritize product requirements from customers, stakeholders, and market analysis.
- Develop detailed product specifications and use cases.
- Write detail PRD and BRD document that can be shared and executed with Project Manager
Product Development:
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and quality product development.
- Manage the product backlog and facilitate agile development processes.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotion plans.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to create product launch plans and materials.
Customer Engagement and Support:
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, provide support, and ensure product satisfaction.
- Implement training and support materials for customers and internal teams.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor product performance using analytics and customer feedback.
- Implement improvements based on performance metrics and user experience data.
Compliance and Security:
- Ensure the product complies with industry standards, regulations, and security requirements.
- Implement best practices for data privacy and security in telematics solutions.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage product budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Ensure optimal allocation of resources to meet product development and marketing goals.
Innovation and Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest IoT and telematics technologies and trends.
- Drive innovation to enhance product features, functionality, and user experience.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks in product development and deployment.
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure product reliability and performance.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 8 to 10 years of exprience.
3.) IoT Telematics Internet Network Expert
