1.) Business Development Manager (Oil & Gas)
Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Develop an annual sales strategy and business plan to drive Unit growth
- Develop and manage annual budgets
- Demonstrate adequate knowledge of key decision makers in the industry and generate new business leads
- Establish and manage sustainable/profitable relationships with major IOCs
- Develop and align product/service transaction dynamics with market requirements
- Lead market research and competitive analyses in order to identify threats & opportunities and develop the required immediate response.
- Propose complementary strategies across Group divisions to strengthen the company’s market share position
- Act in the best interest of the company at all times and ensure the company's brand equity is not eroded.
Mandatory Requirements
- Degree holder with relevant Certifications
- Minimum of 10 years of sales/business development experience in the oil & gas industry and must have had interactions with NAPIMS, NCDMB, Shell, etc
- Superior technical knowledge of the oil and gas industry
- Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills
- Strong work ethic
- Experience in high-end client engagement
- Great networking, prospecting and closing skills.

2.) Operations Superintendent (Logistics & Supply Chain)
Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Description
- Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for all the activities within the Logistics team and the Warehouses; and for the delivery of stock transactions to Customers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operations of the supply chain and marine logistics.
- Monitor performance via prescribed KPIs and report/investigate deviances to KPIs at Country / Territory level
- Carry out performance reviews in line with Company Standard Plan.
- Responsible for the performance of all Warehouses in their appointed territories.
- Continual improvement of the Logistics network.
- Support and Coach the Territory based Warehouse Supervisors.
- Agree day-to-day workload and allocate correct level of resource to meet this workload.
- Arrange and contribute to the training and development of members of staff within the Logistics team.
- Discuss and agree work practices, procedures and processes with Management and operatives, with a view to ensure continual improvement.
- Responsible for cost management and reporting.
- Own the Customs clearance and documentation process (even if performed by third party).
- Evaluate Logistics and suppliers’/transporters processes
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in any discipline.
- 10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain, and marine logistics, domestic and international logistics and warehouse-related roles. Experience in an Engineering / Construction Equipment company will be an added advantage.
- Must be knowledgeable in export/imports; and local and international foreign exchange policies
- Relevant Professional Certifications in Supply Chain and Logistics
- Exceptional planning, communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong team player and ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organisation.

3.) Head of Credit (Leasing Company)
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Description
- Reporting to the Managing Director, you will ensure the smooth running of the Credit and Marketing department. You will analyze credit and financial reports to determine risk involved in extending credit.
- You will scrutinize financial data such as market share, income growth, and management quality to decide if credit will be lucrative.
- Other responsibilities include gathering information, reading financial briefings, assessing, analysing and interpreting complicated financial information, undertaking risk assessment analysis, visiting clients, keeping company credit exposures within set risk-bearing limits, keeping knowledge of key issues up-to-date (for example legal, market risk and compliance issues), helping to enhance the quality of credit applications, and making recommendations about procedural/policy changes.
- In addition, you will aggressively grow Risk Asset and the credits must be performing at all times.
- The nonperforming loans must be near zero.
Requirements
- Degree-qualified, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in booking credit and analyzing good credit from a recognised financial institution.
- You must have strong character and personality and strong numeric abilities and analytical skills.
- You must have a high level of communication and influencing skills.
- Highly numerate and analytical with a practical approach to problem-solving, you must have the drive and commercial acumen to succeed.
