1.) Executive Driver

Job Summary


  • We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Driver to provide safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services.
  • The ideal candidate will drive to various destinations, maintain the company vehicle, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times. Join our team as a Driver and Drive with Professionalism and Care!

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and safe transportation while maintaining the vehicle’s cleanliness and basic upkeep.
  • Ensure punctuality and deliver excellent customer service by assisting with passenger needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE Certification.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (both manual and automatic proficiency a plus).

  • Proficiency with GPS navigation, mapping systems and have a strong understanding of traffic laws.

3.) Growth Analyst

Job Location: Lagos

Job Overview

  • The Growth Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the organisation’s growth effort by managing route plans for effective outlet coverage, tracking & reporting key performance indicators as well as analysing varying forms of data to derive insights for improved business operations. 
  • Ultimately, the growth analyst provides the organisation with the analytical ammunition to drive sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build, monitor and maintain datasets & dashboards on BI tool(s) to facilitate real time performance visibility by relevant stakeholders, suggesting opportunities for improvements in business operations.
  • Develop and optimise outlet coverage plans for sales & activation teams ensuring efficient utilisation of field resources for maximum impact.
  • Extract, transform, and analyse data from various sources, including transaction, product, marketing, customer, and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and present findings to stakeholders via prepared reports.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis to diagnose certain phenomena and answer questions on specific areas in the value chain as required by the activation manager.
  • Devise and deploy methods for measuring execution/impact of key strategic initiatives, occasionally leading process implementation and/or ensuring compliance by field team or other functions.
  • Support the frequent analysis of business performance required to inform decisions on activation, trade marketing and promotional activities as required by the activation manager.
  • Enable field team through multiple performance & exception reporting providing first level support for all relevant data requests/inquiries as desired by sales/regional managers.
  • Champion data-driven culture within the organisation by communicating and providing periodic training to the field team on data orientation, visibility and effective utilisation for improved execution.

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or any related field with significant quantitative content.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven work experience in a growth, commercial or operations-focused data analyst role in an FMCG, eCommerce, distribution or related company.
  • Strong technical ability with core expertise utilising data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, as well as a keen eye for high quality data visualisation
  • Expert problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and strategically to identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised with a strong ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business growth.
