We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Account Payables Officer


Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze trade payables for timely payments
  • Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare weekly payables reports and cash flow forecasts
  • Ensure timely filing of VAT and tax returns
  • Conduct cost reviews and variance analyses

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SAGE), and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations, VAT, and WHT processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 Monthly.

2.) Corporate Strategy and Planning Associate

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth strategies that enhance profitability and drive key strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including market expansions, partnerships, and acquisitions.
  • Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to provide strategic insights.
  • Lead and execute business performance management processes, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
  • An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, ACCA) is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in the Energy/Oil & Gas sector is an advantage.

3.) Legal Counsel

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare contracts, leases, joint ventures (JVs), acquisitions, SPVs, technical partnerships, deeds, powers of attorney, and other legal documents.
  • Manage the registration and post-incorporation processes for both local and international companies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Energy, Oil & Gas and all other laws, regulations, and contractual obligations in relation to the company’s operations.
  • Assist in implementing risk and compliance plans, monitoring compliance programs, and fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.

Experience and Skills Required

  • L.L.B. and B.L. degree (Law degree)
  • 7-9 years of post-NYSC experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience with legal compliance and corporate governance
  • Additional professional qualifications such as LLM, MBA, ICSAN, etc.
  • Experience in litigation and alternate dispute resolution
  • Knowledge of Oil & Gas industry regulations.
