We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Electrical Technician

Job Location: Igando, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities


  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment within the facility, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions to minimize downtime and production delays.
  • Assist in upgrading or replacing electrical systems and machinery to improve efficiency and support production needs.
  • Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance activities to ensure reliability and extend the lifespan of equipment and systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations. Ensure all activities are documented.
  • Work closely with production teams and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and resolve any electrical-related issues quickly.
  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding electrical issues and provide solutions that minimize operational disruptions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an Electrical Technician in a pharmaceutical company.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical production equipment and related electrical systems.

2.) Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Accomplishes marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
  • Meets marketing and sales financial objectives objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
  • Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
  • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical company.

3.) Admin Personnel

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Engage in administrative planning to address both the present and future needs of the company.
  • Assist the Business Manager in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and appropriately placing employees within your division as needed.
  • Develop objective criteria for assigning duties by drafting job descriptions and conducting timely performance appraisals for employees in your region.
  • Ensure all company vehicles are properly parked at the company’s office premises.
  • Ensure that information is communicated promptly and efficiently to all relevant parties as required.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of company goods to various destinations.
  • Oversee the company's vehicle management, including balanced transportation policies, servicing, repairs, fuel purchases, and overall usage.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business secrets and strategic matters of the company.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of goods within the Northern Region.
  • Verify and ensure all relevant dispatch documents are included with goods sent to clients.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned from time to time.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive as part of the job requirements.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, including the use of office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a BA, B.Ed or BSc qualification with 3 - 5 years of work experience.
