Job Summary


  • We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our team in the Human Resources and Recruitment industry.
  • The role is focused on identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving growth through innovative HR and recruitment solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, a keen understanding of HR/recruitment services, and the ability to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HR and recruitment industry.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business
  • Develop and present tailored proposals, bids, and solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal HR and recruitment teams to deliver customized services.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably within the HR, recruitment, or professional services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR and recruitment services, including outsourcing, staffing, and talent management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build lasting client partnerships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Professional certifications in HR (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) or Business Development are an added advantage.
  • Established network within the HR and recruitment ecosystem.
  • Experience working with corporate clients across different industries.

2.) Swimming Pool Technician

Job Location: Lagos 

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pool Technician to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and cleaning of various swimming pools, ensuring they are safe, clean, and in optimal working condition for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces.
  • Monitor and balance pool water chemistry by testing and adjusting chemical levels (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.).
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair pool equipment, such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators.
  • Conduct equipment installations and upgrades as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed, including chemical usage and equipment repairs.
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Educate clients on proper pool care and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and a professional appearance

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Pool Technician or in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of pool chemistry, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of pool equipment. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a schedule effectively.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

3.) Head of Government / Industry Relations

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary 

  • The Head of Government & Industry Relations will serve as the primary liaison between the company and key government, regulatory, and industry bodies in the Nigerian oil and gas sector.
  • The role is critical to the company's success, focusing on building and managing strategic relationships to secure business, ensure regulatory compliance, and position the company favorably in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Manage, supervise, and coordinate all functions related to government relations, client relations, and Nigerian content. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key officials, regulators, and policymakers within NCDMB,NUPRC,NUIMS, and other related industry agencies.
  • Business Development: Utilize contacts within government agencies to generate new business opportunities and secure successful bids for the company's projects.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy: Gather intelligence on ongoing and upcoming projects and tenders, and develop strategic plans to position the company for success. Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable advice to company management.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in government and industry policies and legislation. Ensure the company is up-to-date and in full compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations, including those related to Nigerian content.
  • Internal & External Liaison: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the company's internal teams and external regulatory bodies. Represent the company's interests in all regulatory matters and discussions.
  • Nigerian Content Oversight: Manage and supervise the company’s Nigerian content development activities in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Project Support: Provide necessary support to Project Management teams in both Lagos and Port Harcourt, particularly in tender tracking.

Qualifications

  • A good University Degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant, cognate experience.
  • Good general knowledge of Oil field operations in both Onshore and Offshore locations.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email applications.
  • Strong people skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
