• The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing logistics, inventory, and process optimization.
• This on-site position requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure efficient operations and support our growth in the coffee industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage logistics for domestic and international deliveries, maintaining accurate sales inventory records.
• Implement and refine operational processes and systems to enhance productivity.
• Handle inventory control, including price adjustments and updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and ensure effective communication.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on operational performance and progress.

Minimum Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with company goals.
• Create, curate, and manage content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube,Twitter, etc.).
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visually appealing content.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure maximum engagement.

• This role requires a professional who is proficient in both driving company vehicles and riding a motorcycle.
• The Driver/Delivery Specialist will be responsible for delivering our products to customers across the city and ensuring the safe transport of staff for official tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate the company car and motorcycle to transport staff and deliver products to customers.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products within Abuja and surrounding areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading products for delivery.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure efficient routing and delivery schedules.
• Maintain delivery logs, track mileage, and report any issues with vehicles or deliveries.
• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance checks to ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure the safety of passengers, products, and the general public.

Requirments

• Valid driver’s license and rider’s permit
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a driver and/or delivery specialist.
• Excellent knowledge of local roads and routes.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
