Job Title AIRCONDITIONER TECHNICIANS

- At least 3 years experience

Job Title . SECURITY GUARDS

- At least 3 years experience preferably in estate security

Job Title . SWIMMING POOL MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL

- At least 3 years experience

Job Title . PLUMBERS

- At least 4 years experience

  Job Title. DISPATCH RIDERS

- At least 5 years experience within Lagos with valid relevant license and must not be more than 35 years of age

Job Title ELECTRICIANS

- At least 3 years experience

Job Title GENERATOR OPERATORS

- At least 5 years experience with knowledge of servicing and minor repairs

  

General Requirements
To qualify for the above positions, each candidate must have worked in a very reputable property investment company or any institution/organization specialized in his line of practice for at least 3 years
