Requirements
Our preferred candidate should possess the following:

• Broad and deep FMCG experience covering Marketing, Branding, Sales, New Media etc.
• Demonstrable achievements in building market share for existing and new products
• Strong strategic insight
• Excellent execution
• lnnovativeness and flexibility; commitment to continuous learning; willingness to adopt and apply skills to novel environments
• Readiness for a fresh challenge
• Strong passion to succeed and excel
• Relevant educational qualifications.
• Relevant work experience of less than 15 years is unlikely to fit the bill. But we are flexible - we are open to young "giant-killers".
