Structure transaction, draft key agreements & manage ext. legal obligations.     

Conduct contract negotiation & review, risk mgmt. & control.     

Evaluate diff risk factors (legal exposure) regarding business decisions & operations.     

Communicate & negotiate with ext. parties.
