The company is basically an engineering, construction and real estate company incorporated and operating in Nigeria, providing technical services to various projects and clients, both private, corporate and various government agencies.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Legal Officer
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• Draft legal papers for real estate transaction
• Handle real estate portfolio for with all legal nuances for each property
• Access legal risk in real estate documentation or court filings
• Contract expertise in property management, purchases and sales
• Interpret real estate laws
• Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.
• Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (essential).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate law and industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
