Job Description

• We are currently hiring for the role of a Legal Officer who is a Conflict Resolution Specialist.

Job Role and Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between disputants to guide parties toward mutual agreement
• Clarify issues, concerns, needs, and interests of all parties involved
• Set up appointments for parties to meet for dispute resolution
• Conduct meetings and negotiations to reach equal common grounds about disputed issues
• Prepare settlement agreements for disputants
• Apply relevant laws, regulations, policies, or precedents to reach conclusions

Job Requirements
