We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Legal Representative

Job Location: Abuja

Responsibilities

• Work as an adviser on legal matters.
• Liaise with statutory regulators and advisers.
• Draw agreement for contractors and consultancy and any other agreements required by the company.
• Handle correspondence and notices.
• Register trademarks and keep tab in renewals of all trademarks.
• Proffer advice and represent the company on all legal matters.
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take appropriate action required by such changes.

Qualifications

• LLB, Call to Bar certificate is mandatory (LLM is an added advantage).
• Two years of experience in company and contract law/litigation is required.
