We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Loan Collection Agent

Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working hours: Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays in a month

Job Description
We require the services of Loan Collection Agent to provide the following services:

• Contact due and overdue customers informing them about their loan status and collect the loan back from the customers.
• Achieve daily targets.
• Take action in order to encourage timely payments.
• Resolve customer's repayment issues.
• Negotiate loan payment and repayment schedules.
• Identify and escalate priority issues e.g. fraudulent customers.
• Investigate historical data for debts.
• Keeping accurate records and updating customers' accounts on all collectionactivity.

Qualification

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree

Salary and Other Benefits

• N50,000 / Month with performance bonus and additional allowances.
• HMO and Pension.
