MK Trend Limited - Our client, a Fintech company (Ultimcred / Cashigo), is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Loan Collection Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Days : Monday to Friday (with TWO saturdays on in a month and Two Saturdays Off which is paid as overtime added to the basic Salary at end of the month)

Responsibilities

• Reviewing the company debtor list.
• Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
• Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
• Contacting lawyers and insurance agencies to facilitate payments.
• Maintaining customer payment records.
• Negotiating suitable payment plans.
• Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.
• Responding to customer queries.
• Preparing customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department.
• Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.

Qualification

• A minimum of OND.

Salary

• N50,000 - N100,000 monthly (Basic Salary is 50,000 Naria)
• Performance Bonus
• HMO
• Pension
