About the Job

• Strivo Labs is looking for a Logistics and Operations Manager with proven experience in e-commerce, payments, or financial services to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and streamline day-to-day logistics and operational processes.
• Manage supply chain workflows and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Collaborate with product, tech, and operations teams to improve efficiency.
• Implement tools and systems to monitor performance and reduce bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Support scaling initiatives as Strivo expands across markets.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics/operations, ideally in e-commerce, payments, or financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with process automation tools (Zapier, Airtable, ERP systems) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
