Stellar International Ant Recycling Technology Company Limited is a subsidiary of RSIN Group which entered Africa in 2008 By advanced plastic recycling technology , production equipment and excellent personnel team . Our main product include: chemical fiber, pet bottles, strapping bands, woven bags, mattresses, crawling mats.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Logistics Supervisor
Job Location: Oregun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, and distribution; manage inventory levels and warehouse organization; plan routes and monitor deliveries.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate logistics staff; foster a safe working environment.
• Strategic Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer service; analyze data to identify bottlenecks.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues and negotiate rates; collaborate with other internal departments (sales, production). Compliance & Reporting:
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations (DOT, etc.) and company policies; maintain accurate records and prepare performance reports.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND with 3 - 5 years of experience.
