We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Required to take a lead position on the events.
• Build and maintain a good working relationship with all contractors, venues and service companies ensuring that they are kept up to date on requirements and standard of service expectations
• Ensure that events are within approved budget
• Ensure costs are negotiated and managed as best as possible across all areas of the event
• At all times to strive for excellence and ensure that attention to detail and high standards of delivery and customer service are maintained
• Ensure that all events are delivered within the agreed event process timeline and milestones are met

Skill Requirements

• Degree: is preferred but not essential ideally in event management and social science
• Entrepreneurial attitude
• Ability to manage own varied workload, prioritize accordingly and meet deadlines
• People management
• A high standard of customer service both on the telephone and on site should be maintained at all times
• Experience of managing budgets
