Job Position: Management Trainee
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Management trainee, are often hired to work and train alongside managers and executives with the intention that one day they will become a manager within the organization.
• As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the manager and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and monitoring the work performance and progress of others.
• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
• Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
• Taking and passing tests and evaluations to continue in the program.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, plans and presentations related to department operations or special assignment.
• Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
• Taking detailed notes and liasing with managers, supervisors, and other senior staff
• Creating projects and oral presentations.
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
• May supervise staff after initial training period.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND / OND with 0 - 1 year of work experience.

• Problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency in word processing, presentation and spreadsheet software
• Time management skills
• Positive attitude

Salary
N60,00 - N70,000 monthly.
