Garden Brown is currently seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Position: Manufacturing Technology Engineer
Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Fulltime

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct all manufacturing engineering, maintenance activities, and personnel in the Madison plant
• Ensure manufacturing engineering department strategies and priorities align, and support, the overall business unit strategy
• Direct the manufacturing equipment strategy and continuous improvement plans
• Implement cost control programs
• Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
• Determine and implement improvements to the production process
• Prepare and maintain production reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering, or other closely related discipline
• 3 years experience leading a manufacturing engineering and maintenance organization in a manufacturing environment
• Possess strong industry and technical knowledge
• Reduce downtime of production and support equipment.
