Job Position: Marketing and Business Development Officer

Job Brief

• Our client is urgently seeking to employ an experience professional who is target driven and goal oriented to join their team in the capacity of a Business Development Officer.

Responsibilities

• To ensure that the company meets and surpasses their weekly and monthly financial target.
• Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients and ensuring a business contract in order to improve the business.
• Strategizing ways of reaching existing markets and ensuring development of business relationships with them.
• Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Have a good understanding of the business products (spare parts) to enable the marketer to advise others about them.
• Researching and identifying new customers, new markets to ensure growth.
• Preparing sales contract ensuring adherence to Machine Nation rules and guidelines (e.g, all payment should be paid into Company’s account and not personal accounts)

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate is/has:

• HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related role.
• 4 years of Consultative sales experience.
• Advance certification in MBA, Brand Management is an added advantage
• Experience in Logistics and Supply chain is a plus
• Excitement and energy for building relationships.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to use market data to educate customers.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Limited travel and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Highly entrepreneurial skill.

Benefits

• Salary: N150,000 monthly
• 5% Commission
• Continuous development
