Nicthan Monies is a money lending and project financing company based in Mile-12, Lagos, Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Marketing and Operations Officer
Job Location: Mile 12, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• Expand customer base of the company
• Increase the product portfolio size of the organization
• Generating more consumer loans and facilitates asset growth
• Coordinate and manage marketing campaign
• Computing and charging interest and fees on customers.
• Coordinate the activities of the liabilities officer
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies.
• Reconcile all customer’s account
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Educational and Knowledge Required

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Banking and Finance and other related courses
• Minimum of 4year proven experience in Microfinance or any financial institutions
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
• Good with numbers and financial planning
• Preferred candidate location: Ketu, Mile 12, Alapere and its environs.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 (Monthly).
