Job Position: Marketing Executive
Job Location: Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Promoting the company's brands and introducing its services to the clients and the general market.
• Actively scouting for prospects and leads and converting prospects to customers to ensure the attainment of sales targets.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to help in the development of new catering and events management services.
• Implementing new sales plans and advertisement campaigns.
• Actively participating in the execution of catering and event services to ensure customer satisfaction and devising feedback mechanisms and follow ups for services improvement and ensuring repeat patronage and recommendations.
• Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing objectives.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
• Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
• Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns
• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification with 2 - 5 years of working experience.
