Job Position: Marketing Executive

Job Location: Anthony Village / Ejigbo Lagos
Hours Of Work: Monday - Saturday 9:00am – 6:00pm WAT.

Description

• We seek to hire a Marketing Executive with online marketing experience. The Marketing Executive is to manage company’s image in a cohesive way in other to achieve desired marketing goals by developing both online marketing campaigns, creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
• Performing research on current trends and audience preferences
• Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase brand awareness, sales and followers
• Attract traffic to brands contents and site
• Reply to all comments on all platforms to improve engagement and start conversations.
• Update profile information periodically
• Developing social media content on all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, threads, Tiktok, Youtube)
• Managing online content and engagement
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and graphics)
• Grow and maintain Email list 
• Create and post one SEO Optimized blog post biweekly  

Person Specifications

• Corp members in search for a PPA should apply
• Must be female
• High standard of spoken and written English
• Ability to be proactive and initiative
• Storyteller
• Friendly and Warm
• Attention to detail

Relevant Experience:

• A minimum of one year experience in marketing
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results 
• Experience in the beauty/fashion industry is preferred

Knowledge:

• Digital marketing
• Sales Funnel
• Background knowledge in marketing and communication
• Google Applications (Sheet, Document etc)
• Content development
• Business Development
• Copywriting and business story telling

Compensation and Benefits

• N40,000 base salary. 20-30% increase after three months internship
• Hybrid position in Anthony village/Ejigbo, Lagos (1 day on-site weekly)
