Job Position: Marketing Executive

Job Description

• First activity to be done is to get an accurate estimate of Total potential of the market
• Total Corporates in your country market with potential business ( With Names and Business Potential in USD) & Our share in the same (Working with us or not) & if working than mention percentage of total business of that corporate with us.
• Pipeline clients with Annual Business Potential in USD
• Understanding NCA - New Customer Acquisition and ERV - Existing Relationship Value target clearly to pursue further
• Clear understanding of Our products - Air, Hotel, Meet and Greet, Insurance, Packages, car rentals
• Clear understanding of product presentation on each of the product
• Clearly understand the identification of Dormant clients and build it in target customers to be acquired
• CRM to be updated with Total existing clients, Leads, contacts as per CRM update guideline
• New corporates meeting - 3 meetings everyday
• Meeting 2 existing clients to enhance ERVBTL Activity to ensure visibility
• Every meeting to be done with strict procedure compliance.
• Sending Agenda before meeting standard presentation which is prepared for systematic presentation and discussion in meeting Minutes of meeting to be sent to the client after every meeting in standard format Complete Reports update with minutes of meeting so that the details can be referred to before going for next meeting with the same client.
• Hotel sales to corporates. Every Existing client to be visited with Hotel product for upsell. Standard ppt to be used
• Balance scorecard review every month. Answers for every loss of points to be ready for review.
• Final deliverable is to achieve NCA and ERV targets for your branch in Air and Non-Air products.
• Collection is not your core activity. Do not get into persuasion for recovery.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Master of Business of Administration (MBA) qualification.
• 3 years of work experience.
