Our products cut across service plots of land, which we call CityView Gardens located in Lagos, Ibadan, Abeokuta, Sango Ota, Epe, e.t.c. and to our Housing Scheme, which we call Aerie Court, located at Moniya, Alabata, Agbado, Sango. Job Summary

• We are seeking skilled and dynamic marketers to join our real estate company's team. As amarketer or marketing executive, you will play a key role in promoting our new products and services to potential clients.
• This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to your growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our company's products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market trends.
• Manage social media platforms and online presence to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Create compelling marketing campaigns, including online and offline materials.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into clients.
• Provide regular reports on marketing activities and results to management.

Educational Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• Proven experience as a marketer in any related field,preferably in the real estate industry.
• Track record of successful marketing campaigns.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong creative and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and offline platforms.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and customer preferences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Remuneration
