In the last couple of years the organization has been able to carve out a niche for herself&nbsp; in the area of providing top quality incentives and promotional items to its clientele nationwide.</p> <p>With a vision of continued expansion and growth the need has thus arisen to elicit the services of a Marketing Manager who will work along with the CEO to take the business to the next level.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Job Title:</strong>&nbsp;Maketing Executive</p> <p><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>Lagos</p> <p><strong>He/she will be required to do the following</strong></p> <ul> <li>- Manage existing key accounts and relationships to increase patronage levels</li> <li>- Recruit and manage new accounts and expand clientele base</li> <li>- Provide top quality customer service and speedy resolutions of issues&nbsp;</li> <li>- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards&nbsp;</li> <li>- Attending client presentations and meetings</li> <li>- Effective supervision and monitoring of junior staff</li> <li>- Keeping accurate records and providing regular updates regarding activities to the CEO</li> <li>- Provide input leading to effective strategies to keep the business thriving</li> <li>- Liaising with incentive suppliers and partners as the need arises</li> <li>- Payment invoicing and follow up of accounts receivable</li> <li>- Any oher roles/duties allocated by the CEO</li> </ul> <p>The ideal candidate should be between 33 and 43 years of age with preferably up to 5 years experience in sales, marketing and account management. The role requires someone with an ability to think on their feet and continually suggest ways in which the company can further strengthen its position.
