About the job

• We are looking to recruit a Marketing Specialist for one of our clients, a leading beauty company with operations in Lagos, Nigeria.

Job Summary

• As a Strategic Marketing Specialist, you will lead brand visibility, customer acquisition and revenue growth across all channels and markets leveraging effective marketing strategies whist protecting profitability.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree or MBA preferred.
• 5-8 years of leading sales in consumer goods in Beauty, FMCG, or a related field
• Proven track record of delivering customer growth and revenue improvement
• Hands-on expertise with marketing platforms, tools, web analytics, and simple business intelligence reporting.
