MECHANICAL ENGINEER

To be responsible for all activities related to Mechanical tasks.
Responsible for the Diagnosis and Analysis of Breakdown incidents
To assist Sr. Engineer Mechanical to service and resolve all Internal customers/departments
To design and implement maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
Responsible for following up of all projects in each stage.

Responsible for maintaining Minimum/Maximum and Reordering level of all Spare parts
To assist Sr. Engineer Mechanical in managing and directing Contract Jobs when required.
To assist Sr. Engineer Mechanical in co-ordinating Budgets, Material and Human Capital needs
To prepare Monthly/Weekly/Daily Maintenance & Breakdown reports or others as per Sr. Engineer requirement
Responsible for all cost reduction projects within time frame and parameters set by management

To assist Sr. Engineer Mechanical in driving out all cost reduction projects including searching new Vendors, Suppliers, Re-engineering, formulation etc

To assist Sr. Engineer Mechanical in Screening and Interviewing potential candidates for Mechanical department
Ensures Team Compliance with all Safety Policies and Procedures
