Ashbert Beverages, a water bottling manufacturing company situated in Abraka, Delta State is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Mechanical Engineer

Job Location: Abraka, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• The Mechanical Engineer oversees the maintenance of equipment in the factory, facility management and machine shop; development and fabrication of parts to aid the production process and improve cost efficiency.
• The Mechanical Engineer will design, develop, test, Repair, Overhaul and supervise the installation and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
• Ensure all operating machine comply with IEE Standard.
• Stay informed concerning new manufacturing technologies and equipment to manufacture and reduce cost through efficiencies.
• Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the organization.
• Perform engineering activities in compliance with established company and manufacturing standards, engineering principles, and related specifications.

Requirements

• B.Eng Degree with 5 - 10 years relevant work experience.
