Job Position: Motion Graphics & Animations Designer

Job Location: Lagos

Description

• We are looking for a creative, artistic and innovative Motion Graphics Designer and Animation Expert to join our team of professionals.
• Your work will give life to our educational content, storylines and characters in videos for our E-Learning Online Community.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Motion Designer/Animator preferably in the tech industry.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Technical expertise with industry-standard tools to create product design works such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Adobe Edge Animate, Adobe illustrator, et al
• Proven ability to draw across different types of artistic styles
• Significant attention to detail and patience to work carefully and efficiently
• Proven expertise of 2D/3D, stop motion and computer-generated animation
• Project Management expertise
• Working knowledge of UI/UX design
• A creative storyteller with presentation abilities.

Job Description

• Conceptualizing creative ways to convey abstract concepts, ideas and stories in Educational Videos that are useful for the learning of Children and Teenagers.
• Using cutting-edge technology to animate a wide variety of humanoid characters, realistic creatures and reactive environments
• Working and liaising collaboratively with other design, production and content management staff to ensure consistency and accuracy of animated designs that are education centred.
• Working creatively to produce original and aesthetic designs and solutions that are tailored made in compliance with Nigeria's Education Content.
• Read scripts and storylines to understand animation requirements for each unique education content and class.
• Develop storyboards for the different stages of content.
• Join images with background graphics and special effects
• Ensure synchronization of frames and audio
• Researching various design techniques to provide accurate designs for requested animation
