Position: Network Service Engineer 

Responsibility

- Conduct and report site survey for service request

- Carry out standard and effective installations at first time and always

- Monitor network, report and document any anomaly

- Troubleshoot fault and correct immediately

- Can work at any time of the day including nights & weekends

- Can work on various wireless equipment

- Understand and can implement switching and routing configuration

- Understand and can implement systems installations and support

- Has software installation and setup capability for Windows based systems

- Has knowledge of and can learn and operate Mikrotik/Cisco Switches/Routers, Wisnetworks, WaveIP & Ubiquiti radios

- Must be tech savvy with great Internet usage skill

- Has good customer facing disposition

- Reports to the Service Delivery Manager

Requirement

OND/HND/B.Eng in Electrical or Computer Engineering Minimum of 1 year experience in ICT environment

Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom State (Candidate MUST be resident in Uyo)
