We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: NOC Engineer
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Site Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of solar sites, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
  • Monitor and manage equipment functionality and maintenance schedules.

Inventory Management:

  • Track and manage inventory levels of solar equipment and materials.
  • Coordinate with Field Service Engineers (FSE) for prompt resolution of site escalations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of necessary spare equipment.

Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain reports that highlight cost savings and efficiencies achieved.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly performance reports to stakeholders, summarizing key metrics and insights.
  • Generate and manage Material Request Forms (MRFs) to facilitate equipment and material procurement as required.
  • Create and issue delivery notes for inventory tracking and accountability.
  • Identify and document any issues or challenges impacting site performance.
  • Provide technical support to FSEs as needed.
  • Ensure all documentation is up to date and accessible for audits and reviews.
  • Maintain detailed records of equipment performance, maintenance, inventory, MRFs, and delivery notes.

Escalation Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for site-related escalations, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and mitigate operational challenges.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Propose and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Salary
N350,000 - N500,000 monthly.
