We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: NOC Engineer (NYSC)

Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Use of Victron remote monitoring toll for effective site management, monitoring of performance.
• Use of other monitoring tools to monitor allocated network node effectively and reacting promptly to all network related faults.
• Adhering to alarms and escalating to get quick response.
• Monitoring the network for overall efficiency and trouble spot using NMC/SIMS tools to reduce downtime and unavailability.
• Communicate regularly with MTN NMC to get escalations.
• Responsible for correctly forwarding tickets to field engineers, support, following up on tickets and ensuring a speedy response.
• Carry out other tasks and assignments as directed by the Team-Lead and Line Manager (Project Manager).

Requirement

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
